DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch the products to you within two working days of receipt of the order (excluding weekends and bank or public holidays), however if there is likely to be a delay of longer than two working days in dispatching the products, we will notify you and offer a full refund as an alternative to waiting.

The products will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible and our standard delivery is within 3-5 working days of the date of dispatch but may be longer for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom.

DAMAGED AND RETURNS

We hope that you’re happy with your products, however, if you are not, please contact us within 14 working days at contact@wallplay.co.uk

If you have received your order and it is damaged we will refund you the price you paid for the products including return delivery costs, by the method you used for payment as soon as possible upon receiving the products.
